STRONGER TOGETHER: FROM SELF CARE TO COMMUNITY CARE

Join Artworks on Saturday, October 09, 2021 from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m. for an in-person workshop focused on community building by Artworks Trenton and inspired by DCR’s Youth Bias Task Force Artwork Display in the main gallery. This is a great opportunity to re-connect with the Mercer community.
This collaborative workshop, led by ARTWORKS Education Coordinator, Kenny Bullock and artist Que, invites those that consider themselves apart of our surrounding community to join in for a conversation about becoming a more self-sustainable community. This raises awareness and is an opportunity to share narratives and resources in a safe space.
Workshop attendees will be able to leave the space with multimedia pieces made in response to our conversation around community building.
