This opportunity is for up to three New Jersey photographers- we are seeking images of NJ landscape or geography- one North, Central and South Jersey photographer and image to be reproduced and installed very large scale by the airport management. Munich Terminal One LLC and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts (State Arts Council) are pleased to present the Newark Airport Photography Inclusion Opportunity. This exciting opportunity is accepting submissions from adult professional photographic artists who are current residents of New Jersey. Preference will be given to select one artist from each of the three geographic regions of the State- North (Sussex, Warren, Morris, Passaic, Bergen, Essex and Hudson Counties), Central (Hunterdon, Somerset, Mercer, Union, Middlesex and Monmouth Counties) and South (Ocean, Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, Atlantic, and Cape May Counties). Artists from across the State of NJ are eligible to submit their photographic images of New Jersey locations/landscapes for consideration. Qualified artists are encouraged to submit their work samples to be considered for a 3-5 year exhibit in the new Newark Airport Terminal A Concourse. Selected artists will be paid a $20,000 stipend for use of their work, and Munich Terminal One/PANYJ will print the selected image(s), install them on the display locations as “wraps”, update the wraps as needed during the 3-5 years of exhibition, and will provide promotion of the exhibition.

This opportunity is for two-dimensional work to be reproduced very large scale on long corridor walls- we are seeking three different artists’ work to be reproduced and installed by airport management. Three artists’ work will be chosen, we anticipate two coordinating pieces per artist will be installed on opposite sides of the corridor.
