Officers
Barry Zhang Board Chair
Barry is the founder and CEO of Princetel, Inc., a Hamilton, NJ-based manufacturer of fiber rotary joints and electric slip rings. His main responsibility is optical design and marketing. He previously served on the Board of Trustees of Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, NJ.
Phil Cohen Vice Chair
Since 2004, Phil has been a partner in the Trenton office of the law firm Kamensky Cohen & Riechelson. He has been involved in multiple not-for-profit organizations in the community, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Trenton.
Tricia Fagan Treasurer
Tricia is an arts administrator, editor and writer currently working as Senior Program Analyst for Mercer County’s Division of Culture & Heritage. Previously she served as Gallery Director/Curator for The Gallery at MCCC.
Jeff Gould Secretary
Jeff is senior architect, project manager at New York Life; secretary and treasurer of VNY Media, Inc.; managing partner of PunchBugKIDS LLC; and managing partner in TownLife360 LLC. He is current treasurer and past-president of the Rotary Club of Montgomery and Rocky Hill.

Sushama Austin-Conner – Sushama is a faith leader who lives in Trenton and works at Princeton Theological Seminary. She founded and directs the Black Theology and Leadership Institute. She previously served on the board of Passage Theatre.
Gerald Liu – Gerald is an ordained United Methodist minister, assistant professor of worship and preaching at Princeton Theological Seminar, and author of Music and the Generosity of God (Palgrave, 2017). From 2017-2019, he worked with Artworks in an Association of Theological Schools faculty innovation grant on planning public art projects in Trenton and Princeton.
C.a. Shofed – C.a. is first and foremost a Fine Arts Photographer. Mr. Shofed also owns and operates Amphora Design, LLC and resides in Trenton.
Stephen Slusher – Stephen is a patent attorney and Chief Legal Officer for a publicly-traded biotechnology company in central New Jersey. Previously he was a partner in an intellectual property law firm.
D. Vance Smith – Vance is a Professor of English at Princeton University. He is a medievalist of Western Europe who grew up in Africa and currently resides in Trenton. He also serves on the board of Passage Theatre.
