ABOUT THE 10X10
The Red Dot 10×10 Fundraising Exhibition is a chance for the novice to test the waters of the world of original art, experienced artists to help Artworks fund continued programming, and an opportunity for the collector to build their art collection. Everyone wins!
Artists were asked to pick up their FREE 10″ x 10″ canvas at Artworks, or purchase a 10″ x 10″ canvas at Jerry’s Artarama – Lawrenceville, NJ.
All works fit within a (10″ x 10″ x 10″) dimension. All works sell for $100.00. The proceeds are split 50/50 with the artist, unless the artist chose to donate 100% of the sale to Artworks. All funds raised will go directly to programming at Artworks.
How it Works
Red Dot + Artwork = Support. The Red Dot shows support of Community Arts in Trenton. Come to the Artworks Red Dot Fundraiser and put your red dot on the art that you love.
Over 200 Trenton area artists created works of art on a 10″ x 10″ canvas. The works are dynamic, diverse, and all created for Artworks. Professional and novice artists created works in oil, acrylic, mixed media, photography, pastel, watercolor and more.
Sales
Although we cannot have a reception this year due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we will have an online virtual exhibition and sale, starting December 7th, at Noon. You can find the link to the virtual gallery below.
The online sales will go on throughout the length of the virtual exhibition. The physical exhibition and sales will take place December 12th – January 9th, 11am-4pm, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays. Although we will have open hours, making appointments is strongly encouraged. Appointments can be made by emailing the Gallery Manager at: gallery@artworkstrenton.org
