ABOUT THE 10X10
The Red Dot 10×10 Fundraising Exhibition is a chance for the novice to test the waters of the world of original art, experienced artists to help Artworks fund continued programming, and an opportunity for the collector to build their art collection. Everyone wins!
Artists were asked to pick up their FREE 10″x10″ canvas at Artworks, Jerry’s Artarama, and Framesmith Gallery. All works MUST fit within a 10″x10″x10″ dimension. All works sell for $100.00. There will be a 50/50 split on proceeds with the artist, unless the artist would like to donate 100% of the sale to Artworks. All funds raised will go directly to programming at Artworks.
How it Works
Red Dot + Artwork = Support. The Red Dot shows support of Community Arts in Trenton. Come to the Artworks Red Dot Fundraiser and put your red dot on the art that you love.
Close to 300 Trenton area artists will create works of art on 10″x 10″ canvases. The works are dynamic, diverse and all created especially for Artworks. Professional and novice artists created works in oil, acrylic, mixed media, photography, pastel, watercolor and more.
Reception
From 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Saturday December 17th, each work of artwork will sell for $100. Frames will be available for purchase as well, with the funds raised going to support Artworks.
Artwork purchased at the 10×10 show can be taken home that night.
